What You'll be Doing As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for both our business and consumer customer base, responding to multichannel queries. We strive on offering the very best levels of customer service and believe in 'what we say and how we say it' leaves a lasting impression with our customers. Therefore, we will provide you with all the necessary tools, training and confidence needed to do a great job.
On a typical day, you'll 
  • Analyze, solve and/or escalate of all queries received via phone and email;
  • Assists in reinforcing organizations governance and troubleshooting challenges to achieve effectiveness;
  • Provides data input services and supports the review of financial or business forecasting and invoicing activities to identify data inconsistencies and ensure accuracy;
  • Supports end-to-end minor procurement queries and tasks; 
  • Processes basic account/organization requests and approvals to ensure timely turnaround;
  • Assists with monitoring the renewal/ terminations of third-party labor and entering data in the systems;
  • Assists with  internal communications and assists to leaders to drive workflow quality and effectiveness;
  • Creates, updates, and manages distribution lists;
  • Supports stakeholder meetings and the communications tracking of key decisions and following up on actions;
  • Taking meeting minutes and recording actions;
  • Maintains SharePoint platforms on entry level.
