Our Sales Operations team is at the heart of developing sales processes and procedures for administering, fulfilling and communicating both online and offline orders. A bridge between sales and other operational functions, we use our peerless expertise to evaluate and implement improvements to sales programs and processes from planning and prioritization to pricing and margin strategies, sales automation, reporting and more. Put simply, we make sure the process of getting our ground-breaking products and services to customers as simple and seamless as possible.

The EMEA Premier Management Team in OMS is looking for a highly skilled and experienced, passionate Specialist to support Dells Premier Online operations. The successful candidate will ensure the overall management and maintenance of customer Premier Global Portal Pages and will have to work across different regions. The successful candidate will also work closely with sales and customers in different countries and regions to make it easier for them to do business through Premier Online.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build Standard Configurations based on information provided in quote.
  • Ensure the management and maintenance behind Global Portal and Premier pages.
  • Help resolve order processing issues associated to On Line ordering
  • Support of Customer Management with Sales account teams including participating on account team calls, customer conference calls, and to provide guidance on use of Premier Global Portal for online ordering to both internal and external stakeholders .
  • Communicate Premier Pages maintenance issues to Sales and IT.
  • Form direct relationships with internal sales teams across different countries and where appropriate external customers / partners while working with internal cross-functional groups.
  • Lead all Premier maintenance communication with the Sales Teams

Additional responsibilities

  • Ensure a high level of accuracy in data entry, regularly achieving and exceeding targets set
  • Keep up to date with all product issues - End of Life products, New Product Introductions, shortages that are currently active within the business in order to eliminate order processing issues and that the most up to date data is reflected on the Customer Portal page
  • Maintain a low level of account premier issues, achieving and exceeding the targets set.
  • Consistently achieve, and strive to exceed, productivity targets on an ongoing basis
  • Actively support the Sales Reps in all aspects through to portal and on line ordering problem resolution, keeping them informed and achieving agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA's)
  • Clearly and concisely log and track details of work done, and update relevant systems accordingly
  • Maintain knowledge of Dell's product line and service offerings, attending product knowledge and refresher training sessions as required.
  • Identify improvement opportunities within PAM process, and drive improvements (engaging with other teams where necessary)
  • Successfully manage projects assigned with high level of execution (UAT testing, etc.)

Essential Requirements

  • English language and good customer engagement skills
  • Creative, stress handling ability, and positive to change
  • Attention to detail is essential, with good administrative skills, multi-tasking capabilities and good at prioritizing workload

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience working directly with Sales teams across different countries and regions.
  • Experience working with Premier Online and Premier Tools
  • Global Portal and Generic Page knowledge
  • Online Order Processing knowledge and experience a distinct advantage.
